Learning about Yoga has just been a dope experience for me. Before I began my Yoga journey, I fell into a the trap of outter misconception about what Yoga was. Naively, I thought Yoga was low intensity stretching workout for people who had too much time on their hands. Today, my opinion about Yoga is much different.

Yoga isn’t just a form of exercise; it’s a path to inner peace, physical vitality, and emotional balance. Once I began to understand the benefits of incorporating Yoga into my everyday life, I was hooked. My journey with yoga began at a time when I was struggling with stress, anxiety, and a sense of disconnection from myself and family. I tried yoga when I was injured; little did I know that stepping onto the mat would be the start of a profound transformation for me both physically and spiritally.
